Annual schedules are required to be filed with the comptroller according to Article 3, Section 30, subsection 4 of the General Municipal Law, and are submitted on forms (A.C.144) provided by the comptroller. Each schedule contains a detailed itemization of the current tax levy for the county and is broken down according to types of taxes and evaluations (general, highway, water, sales, etc.).
